.... how much it's worth as is and how much it would be worth at +9 would both be helpful ....
also looking at buying a lvl 70 shield ... any help at all is appreciated

Most clerics look for END. This is worth maybe 4g at the moment, maybe 6-7 at +9, especially if you stress how great the DEX/STR stats are.
