It is against the Tos to advertise it. Same with advertising the fact that you enhance with eyes and such...people pay others to enhance with them...it is the same thing. It gets done but you cannot be caught advertising your services.

Gifts should be just that. I gift to friends only and they help me out when i need it...i don't ask for payment.

Actually as far as i known selling CS items in game is illegal and might end whit insta account termination if staff will catch such seller during act.
But why everyone are surprised that people jump at any oportunity to make moneys risking loosing everything.
This is one of many abusing of game feature to recive benefit in Fiesta history, and i can easy predict that not last

Not only it is against the ToS to sell gifts for in game money, but also for IRL money ($, € or whatever your country use).
In both cases, getting caught will lead to account termination, and no way to get it back.

rofl... it's not necessarily illegal to buy Cash Shop gifts; but there are some guidelines to follow so pay attention:

1.) You are looking for a "friend" who loves you enough to send you a cash shop gift
2.) Because you are such good "friends" you decide you'll bless him or her with a gift of silver (because you're nice... has nothing to do with the CS gift you're getting)
3.) You both accept that if the other person isn't a "friend" and instead is a scaming pigmonkey with no balls, then you are screwed and Outspark isn't going to deal with the problem.

Admittedly I've bought numerous CS gifts, always at the risk of being scammed; but if you're vigilant you can find a lot of people willing to be your gifting friend, albiet however temporarily.
