Help with action bars?

Can anyone give me a heads up on how to add more action bars to the screen? Its a little hard only working with the 1..

Ok on ur 1 actionbar, go to the very right where there is a button that looks like two II
Press that and another one appears!
Up to 4 can appear, and with the arrow you can make them columns instead of rows!
