confused: How do you get your weapon to glow with that stuff and that because i don't know how?

Talk to Smith NPCs and select Refine.
You'll need Elrue for 1~3, Lix for 4~6 and xir for 7~9
As the common refining rule goes: never refine something which you can't afford to replace or without spares. So careful yeah?

Hit F-10 follow threw it till the end or hit the the faq about weapon glow, but like said above there all right
