Everybody is blue!

Even my character, people, and monsters are all blue. I can't even see their face, armor, etc. All I see is blue body that shows nothing. Any ideas? Maybe my graphic is screwed up.

I probably need a graphic download thing. Any ideas?

Same thing happens with me. Well, kinda. There's one hair style that does this and varying parts of armor on different classes that do it too. None of my characters are affected at all, but there's still little things here and there that are a solid bright pink or blue.
