return scrolls and warp scrolls not working?

for some reason they wont work for artimies, my neophyte. i have a location trackered and everything, yet i can not warp to it. i can not use return scrolls either.

Look in your quest list and see if you have any incomplete quests. Quest like the two heavy letter quests and the milk delivery quest disable you ability to use scrolls. Any quest that says you cannot use scrolls while completing the quest at the beginning does this. You have to either complete the quest or delete it to fix things.

If you just changed maps, just logged on, are in battle or just finished battled...it wont let you warp. Just wait a few seconds. Those are also reasons for it not working.
