Brief Description of crash or disconnect: Launcher opening triggers an error dialog saying "TODO: <file description> has encountered an error and needs to close." Have disabled anti-virus and enabled page file, still fails.

Memory: 1024 MB, 64 MB taken by video card
Page File: disabled. Have tried enabling, still crashes.

Approx. Total Memory: 64 MB, taken from system memory

I know, it's a piece of crap. My dad, who is supposed to be really good with computers, decided to buy the cheapest laptop on the shelf without looking at the components. I could shoot him for that >_>.
I've tried disabling my antivirus and enabling the page file, both have failed to remove the problem. There aren't any screwy characters in the directory paths.
The program I open is outspark.exe, the launcher. I can't even get to the login part :/
Can't think of any other information to provide.
