spark cash?

I went to purchase some spark cash with a card I just recently got and when I do it says "reference code 209" or something like that (oh and I cant actually buy the spark cash because of that) so...what does that mean?

contact a csr, they will fix your problem for you, its nothing to do with you or your card, its on OS's side, just error in the website i think :) at least thats what 99.99% of these error codes are

well, the story is..I bought a $25 prepaid card...and sence there is a $10 fee (alltogether) I only have $20 on the card..and I kept clicking the $25 option ^^ but when I finally found out what I was doing wrong I went back, signed in and went to the shop and that is where I got the message..when I go to buy the stuff, I mean the error comes up before you pick the ammount your buying
