Yea....there is sooo much people who can edit picture with photoshop or other programs but who can actually edit sound... not many -.-
Just to save your time, I provided a link to the awesome free sound editor Audacity!

Next is a program better than cheap movie maker (if you have lots of money)
Does anyone knows a powerful but easy to figure out video editor (free or not i don't care)

I've worked on projects with 'Final Cut Pro', which is for a Mac, and that's all I could ever need. Really expensive though (Some where around 800-900$). But for a PC, I hear good things about 'Vegas Movie Studios' (costs around 80$). I haven't tried it though.
