I realize listing all my thoughts in one thread would take too much space and wouldn't get read, so here's the first bit on: specialized new items.

1.) Suppose you're doing an "epic raid" and suddenly the tank or other very important group member suddenly disconnects. You realize you can either take the 7% exp penalty for dying at a high level or burn though potions running for the nearest safe zone... when you remember you purchased an invisibility ointment (or whatever you would like to call it) which makes you undetectable by monsters for 5 minutes, unless deactivated sooner by right clicking it again or attacking something.

2.) Ugh... Another quest to find items no monster likes to drop more than once every 600 kills. Let's use the Gimme that! card, raising the drop rate on those hard-to-find items by 100% (I'll leave the details and how long it lasts up to you...)

3.) Build specific gear such as:
aco staff- grants INT+5 and WIS+15 (on top of the added magic based on staff level) and gives the wielder a 25% faster MP regen even when standing up

DDMage staff- same as aco staff but with INT+15 and WIS+5 instead

Aegis tank shield- POW+10 and MEN+5, grants 25% faster HP regen even when standing and wielder auto recovers 3-5% max HP after each kill.

Gale boots- AGI+5, MEN+5, STA+5, Dodge+10, Attk.Spd-0.3sec, Move rate+15, Hit Rate+25, Crit and Skill Crit+8

I'm not saying these would have to be the final stats. Your thoughts?

-.-; i think a lil overpowering for some classes~ and items like these in the sc store would make it more and more unfair for the ppl without sc =/~

well the gale boot is 100% a bad idea in my opinion...well overpowered
the aco and app weapon thing should be +1int/wis and +5wis/int to make it abit more fair
the GIMME it card i would say it should somehting like a lucky fragment(suits the game style :P) that can be dropped by random mobs like xen stone and its effect is to boost ur chance of all drops, not 100% though(more like +5 or 10% chance of drop) coz it would make alot of items's price change dramaticly.
the invisibility ointment makes neo's invis not that precious in a way...

*Puts weights on Nero's Roadrunner ankles* =D

The basic premise for the items are okay, we need more diversity, but overpowering isn't fair nor balanced.

The detection-item could be twinked, though.

Your inviso ointment sounds just like a Neo's Inviso skill. So I wouldn't put that in the cash shop. Sorry.

i am always a fan of faster movement speeds(gms being the only people to move fast is just insane to me) but +15 is a bit steep...maybe make them +7- 10 and knock off all the rest of the stats; make the boots have nothing but a movement bonus.

Again I say (to all of you, sheesh) these stats are not finalized, honestly I just threw numbers up at random.

The general idea is to make especially powerful items for characters level 100 and up ONLY. I've noticed there's hardly ANY incentive to keep going once you've hit level 98, and I, for one, would like to see that change. (I've played Phantasy Star and got my character all the way up to level 200 the hard way. I'd like to feel that enormous sense of accomplishment again.)
