Can't log onto game servers?

i don't know if anyone already posted a thread like this, and if they have, sorry for repeating...anyway, when i go to log in i can bring up the client but then it shows the outspark loading screen which never stops loading, so i just enter my username and click log on, after it loads and brings me to the screen with the dragon that breathes fire towards you, it comes up with this message that says, unable to connect to the game servers...can someone help me figure out how to fix this?

PS: i've already tried restarting and reinstalling the game but it doesn't seem to do anything.

i'm having a similar problem, except there's no error message. it just stalls on the server connect page.

I've been having the same problem daily now. I haven't been able to get on in over a week because of it. :(
