Its against ToS, It will get you banned, They are looking for people who do sell CS items for money, They are supposed to be a gift leave them that way.

I had it interpreted as the same as rfining; IE, it's not condoned but not punished for being done -so you can't advertise for it in forums (which is punished) and you can't submit a ticket for it if you are scammed.


I don't know if I'm right...just the way I had interpreted it.
