Perfect Blue Mile and Red eye

Ok, i am wondering what the diffrence is before i buy one of these, If i use blue mile and red eye am i guarenteed to get from +6 to +9 or will it be a waste of Sparkcash, i know i get 10 uses from each but i wouldn't like to use all 10 and only get from +6 to +8 as i would seem to think this would be a big waste of Sparkcash, The Red eye will guarentee that i wont break the item, The blue mile will guarentee i won't degrade the item, but if i use all 10 what is the percentage that i will get +9 from +6? as i wouldn't trust myself doing it without Red eye or Blue mile as i know it is near enough impossible, I would appreachite and help reguarding this comment.

I'm not sure about the percentage, but I have heard many people complain about how hard it is to upgrade nowadays. For instance, my mum bought some red eye for her character. She used all ten and only managed to get it to +3. (she was lucky that it never downgraded for her even though she didn't use blue eye, but it kept failing for her). Then someone offered to help enhance her weapon with red eye and blue eye...and it still remained +3. Plus the higher you get along the enhancment process, in your case from +6 to +9 it normally gets harder to upgrade. So unless you get lucky you might end up needing to use all your red eye.

However I must admit at times it does all come down to luck. My sister had enhanced her level 50 crossbow to +5 without any red eyes or blue eyes. Then she bought some red eyes to try enhance it further and she ended up with it +4.
Don't forget that there are the gold nine which help increase your success rate, but I've heard people say that even with that it was hard to upgrade. In the end it's about taking a chance you never know how it might turn out for you. You might get lucky and manage to upgrade it really easy, or on he contrary you might not manage.

unless you're using a tier 1 weapon (i.e. lvl 20 or less) its very unlikely you'll get from +6-+9 in one stack of red and blue
