Hello everyone, this is Placid.
I'm having trouble adding my guild emblem to Solstice.
The emblem has transparent parts to it so a jpg or jpeg image will not suffice. I tried using the GIF image format and the emblem had a black background. When I use the tiff image format the emblem appears as a white block.
The programs I have are Adobe Illustrator and Paint.NET
I used the forum search engine (keywords: Emblem, Logo, Guild) and I checked the FAQ on the Solstice page (only gave guild information on Fiesta) and still have not been able to find a solution. Any suggestions or explanations will be much appreciated, thank you in advance.
