Black Screen

After selecting a character, the screen goes black. The background music can be heard and moving the mouse to certain places on the screen changes it. It's like playing the game with a blindfold. I had no trouble downloading, installing, and logging onto the game. I'm not sure if it's a bug, hardware, or graphics issue.

Hey me too... Is this game not suitable with Vista?

And besides when create character, its white in colour... And when in game the screen is black but with status bar and chat bar and music too... :(
