Bug Description:
SoS Guardian Angel says that for quest 1 (Official Message Please), it's for Level 11 or higher. Initiated by the Brynhilled Trisect guard... When speaking to the guard, he says that the quest is for Level 13.
Operating System: Don't think that matters for this, but still... Windows XP Home Edition
If anyone else runs into bugs like this, feel free to reuse this thread. A lot. :D
