I can't find out where's sell Defend and Vitality Scroll Skill Tie [2] for Scroll Production Skill, where could i get them ?

ive seen a few threads where peop;e say they found them and not bought

:( tie [2] some sell by 9S in shop and some other can buy by FAME but.., i already checked all in Elde and Roumen but cannot find out 2 of those skills

Tier 2 vitality and defense scrolls can only be found from chests or given to you by a GM from an event or such. (Yes it is lame and I do not know why they have it like that.)

in fact vit 2 n def 2 arent out yet they just dont exist... thats it... theyll never drop off a chest or be given by gm... lol

I have seen someone selling Vit Tier 2 scrolls. Check your sources. They are as real as homework, and the inner nets (which may or may not be convincing)

Please do not post about things you are uncertain. I am 100% positive they can be dropped from chests or given out by GM's. They have been before and they will be again.
