Guild Storage Not Accessible?

I'm a guild master on apoline. I would like to post that I've tried for several days (like 10 days) to access my guild storage and everytime I try it says:

"Now, there are too many guild storage users. Please try again later."

This happens all the time, this isnt the only instance its happened. "luck of the draw" when i can actually get to the items in guild storage. Ive tried, and tried, and tried so when can I access the guild storage??? I would like to just get everything out of it so this doesnt happen again. Please give any input on how to troubleshoot this problem, can i not access guild storage if theres a medium or high density on the server?

I made a new guild About 1 month ago and I have been having this issue too It hasn't worked since i made it Is there anyway to fix this problem!!!!!! Please help >.>:confused:

ive lost most my valuables in my guild storage to this bug, i cant get any my mats i need to make scrolls to make money ingame. and lost stuff in other guild storages on other chars too. i spend alot of time collecting and buying this stuff and dont like losing it all. why spend money on gather card and bigger stores if everthing i gain from sc is lost to a stupid bug. Sometimes you used to be able to just go to another town and access a different guild manager but now all say same thing, or you have a quest that is bugged and dont allow you to access guild manager until you finish quest, some which we want to save.

i had guild storage in elderine, and knoticed i could'nt access it in roumen or uraga, perhaps try in all towns, if dont work, then i dont know :)

Apparently a CSR has said that the guild storage is limited to a certain amount of people in that town. If that limit is reached, then the guild storage will not work. For example, if the limit is 1,000 users for elderine, if there are 1,000 users in elderine, then the guild storage will not work.

I don't believe this though, as I have had some people unable to access guild storage while another at the same time has been able to (different guilds).

Also, the CSR said this was not a glitch/error/bug. So it is up to OOS to "resolve" it.

I have the same problem! The thing is I can't understand why would they limit the Guild Storages, what's the point? If the regular storage can work with like 2-3000 player at the same time then why can't the G.S., there's no way that 2-3000 guild master would use the G.storage at the exact same time! I tried for 3 days always in different time, but it wont work! I CAN'T GET MY STUFF!!! Is there any solution?

it also seem lvl based my old 64 fighter could only get into it from uruga
while my mage 52 could only get in from elderine

but yes when you are the only person by the guild "guy" and it says " Now, there are .... try later " it's really annoying
