Outspark launcher has encountered a problem and needs to close! HELP PLZ!!!!!

i KEEP GETTING THE SAME TO "ERRORS" WHEN TRYING TO DOWNLOAD GAME.
1) DotNetInstaller has encountered a problem and needs to close
2) ReportInfoUser has encountered a problem and needs to close
When game says it is finished w/ download and it tries to open it says outspark launcher has encountered a problem.
How do I install this fraggin game. I had it installed and was playing previously. I had a problem w/ my comp and had to delete game and am trying to reinstall. I am really fustrated can anyone plz help!

yeah, i just got done downloading the new download that they have on the site that's a 1.6gig bittorrent, and got the same error. This is my 4th time trying to reinstall this game. Apparently, our pleas for help fall on deaf ears, cause nobody looks at these threads...

umm sorry but you are not in the right section so it wont be answered i have same problem too try to add it at the correct section and im sure it will be noticed enter it on bugs section or trouble shooting

o.o i'm not really sure what's causing the problem. didn't happen to me...but i downloaded fiesta a long time ago. i think the download client has some issues at the moment..like a bug or somethin. hopefully it gets beffer for u guys v.v

***** Launcher and ReportUserInfo problems

Okey, so as far as i see, not only me who is getting the same issue, i was not
able to play Fiesta for about two weeks now, cause of that Launcher problems...

Eventually, i was successful in solving the problem.
Hope this will help you as well.

First of all, download the latest Fiesta from Outspark website.
Delete the old Fiesta, as well as its folders in Program Files, then delete the
entries from your Regedit as well (for me that was the problem caused my
Launcher to fail each time i tried to start it). Use any special program to locate the
entries of Fiesta in your regedit if you cant do it manually, and delete those related to the Launcher.
Delete your current version of .NET as well, it will be automatically reinstalled when you start your game installation.

Then reboot your system. And install the latest download on your system as usual.
You should be able to play after this.
