If you have paypal linked to your checking account, it can take 7 days for the SC to come. (you would think they would warn you about that, right?)

Always buy with a credit card if you can, it processes instantly.

If you are using a Bank account to withdraw funds to your paypal account than no.

If your paypal account has no money on it and you attempt to buy SC when your paypal account has no money on it. Paypal automatically withdraws the amount of money you wish use directly from your bank account. Outspark does not credit the SC until the money from your paypal account is processed.

To avoid this issue make sure there are enough funds on your paypal account if you are using a Bank Account with your Paypal. Otherwise you arent credited the SC until your bank clears the payment

I always use paypal to draw directly from my bank account. Mine is instant and is linked and verified.

My paypal is usually instant.... but... if I forget to click the "back to outspark" button afterwards, the sc doesn't seem to charge. The one time that I forgot to click it and had already closed that browser tab, I had to contact a csr to get my sc credited to my account. I don't know if that bit of information helps any, or if they've fixed it since the time I did that, but maybe did something like that happen?
