Does base spr add to ur Crit rate?

i was wondering if base spirit affects ur crit rate...

yea i was wondering if it did too, coz i seem to be critting more than my 10% crit rate.

yes..just that the spr rate cannot be seen...the extra spr added is the extra crit rate like ur crit is 5%..then u add spr will increase by a bit

If you hit your free stat buton on your character window it will tell you what your caharacter's crit rate bonus is due to SPR points...

i think we are talking about base stat not free stat... base stat = the stat u automatically gain per lvl... not that one free to assign point...

I heard it in fiestafan that base spr doesn't affect your crit rate, neither do spr from ring/equipment. I don't know how it is though.

Well let's see, you click on the Free Stats button from your Character box (C key) and up comes a list of stats that are color based. Now correct me if I'm wrong, but I remember SPR being purple. Being the color oriented person I am I decided that maybe purple goes with the purple areas of definition.

So I look at purple SPR and match it with the purple text. Low and behold... Critical Rate.

hmmm okay perhaps your brain just wont accept the fact that ur not reading the facts right.

The question, does the BASE spr affect the CRITICAL rate of your attacks? altho previously answered with a connection with fiestafan, a CB site which is more or less reliable... it still kinda bugs me that u dont see the diff between a free stat and a base stat. because u cant put anything into base stats -.- because its, duh, the base.

Nah I was a bit lil sarcastic in my original post (the colors). It was part sarcasm, part truth but in the end he was correct as that was added stats not base stats.

I would say base stats don't add but again the only way I'd even care would be to actually do as I mentioned, observe before and after level once or twice in order to find my answer. I will not be doing such as I really don't care but I know that would the best way (unless more answers are forthcoming on the thread) to find the answer.

Well, there really is no way of knowing that base stats/equipment/addons to to things like CRIT because you can't see CRIT on anything besides the FREE STATS panel... and that only shows you the addon stat results.
