Bug Description:The Sos Guardain will not take the novice Letter from me, also during the quest sometimes she wont finish the quest when I am done with them For Example I made a different character did the novice knife for novice sword quest and when I bought back the novice sword she didnt give me any new quest.

Read what she says carefully. In a couple of the quests you must equip the item you received before she will complete the quest for you. If you are not getting completion try equiping any gear you have. Or drinking the potions as she tells you to do that before completion as well.
