its what i get, i have rebooted comp, turned off firewall and i have a pretty decent computer, still doesnt work. I've tried selecting a dif character slot.
How do i fix this error? O.o
Should i Re-install?

---Well, I downloaded it on my laptop and it isn't having any problems....For some reason my crappy laptop is running faster than my decent desktop too....I want to know how to fix this, is my desktop too good?

i can't get on with my desktop.. maybe theres some port we need to open? i got regcure so i know its not a system problem...
i also restarted / reinstalled / tried almost everything to get it work.
maybe its a windows thing?

Edit: I have looked up the kernel32.dll error.. its some kind that we're getting? i have openGL and am using windows XP... maybe thats the problem since it doesn't carry the SIS graphic card driver. then again, i don't think most computers carry that. I have a geforce2 graphics card which is perfectly acceptable... i have the open GL driver... i don't get it.

I'm having this same problem myself.

Time: 9.33p Central
Date: 10.05.07
Map: N/A
Bug Description: Login in goes fine, all of the modules load up properly it seems. I select 'Closed Beta', click 'Check'. As soon as I click the 'Create' buttom, I get an error message.
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP Professional Version 2002 Service Pack 2

It looks like kernel32.dll is the problem... maybe they don't accept creating new characters? Or what?

A GM or someone can help us, it's very unprofessional to leave ppl confused this way, it really looks that a lot of people have this problem '-_-

LATER EDIT: great... now it looks like ModName: ntdll.dll is the problem

I think something is wrong with the EXE or any DLL File, couse the problem is that the game crash when you try to create a character..

I hope a GM fix it soon.

Does it only happen when you create a character on a different slot instead of the first slot? (cause I was able to create a character and get in-game and I use the first slot, I haven't tried the other slots yet)

actually i tried with all slots and it dosnt work, also when i click on a slot and wait the error occurs even without clicking the create button *cries*

I try this game on my own computer and creation error always occur but if I try it on my friend computer now which have a higher computer spec like graphic card.

I can create character and access the game.

Is because the bug been fix? Or because of my friend higher computer spec?

BTW, my graphic is higher than the minimum requirement.

Which version of ATI driver version is most compatible with this chipset and also the link to download from.
