A few stat build questions for Neo + Scout?

Well, my game will finish downloading in a few hours and I already know I want to be a Scout.

My questions are:

A. What build should I use on my Neophyte to get me to lvl 44 or 45 (or W/E) to become a Scout the FASTEST??

B. When I become a Scout, I already know that I want to have an AGI : STR : MEN build. My question is, can someone give me the ratio for that type of build?

ok when u turn scout u definetly dont want to have 32 in men at start

i would say put like 8 in men and rest in pow cuz u will need atk and its
what mostly matters to newbie scouts

later on u can decide if u like more power and less crits or less power and more crits + slightly higher speed
first would be pow/men, when u will be getting near 80 u should have around 30 men and rest in pow (dont make like 30 by lvl 50 because u will be rly weak and speed is more needed later)

if u want pow/agi/men i think it would be like 3/3/1 in adding points (could be a bit wrong but there are a lot of pow/agi/men builds since some people have more agi or pow but still have the other one)

Just use a regular neo build until level 45. In other words add 1 to power for each new shield and put the rest into agi. So you will need to have 5 power at 24, 6 at 32, and 7 at 43. Everything else should go into agi. At 45 when you change to scout everything will be reset.

The TC asked for ratio, not "how many points should I distribute in what stat when I turn Scout?"

Edit: To elaborate my post; The TC have most likly already figured out not to put all MEN at once in the beginng due to research on the PAM-build. ^_^`
