ok i have a few questions about outsparks performance in the past. i am new to outspark and i am wondering if they have good GMs that ban hackers and other things that are against the rules and do they normally choose a good anti virus system? and what are your opinions about outspark?

If someone is caught breaking the Terms of Service, they will be punished accordingly.

If someone is caught hacking or exploiting the game, they will be banned.

All it takes is for the players to report these violations to the CSRs by submitting a ticket(to which you can access through my signature), with all of the proper information. i.e

*Screenshots
*IGN
*IGN of the person(s) being reported
*Server (If the game has more than one)
*Estimated time/date of the incident
*Other details

If the evidence is sufficient Outspark will conduct an investigation and take action if needed. It's important that the players report things since the staff cannot always be in-game to watch over every player.

And Outspark doesn't provide an Anti-Virus program...that's usually something people have on their computers already. But if you mean a program that blocks programs used for modifying files, yes they do provide that. Currently for most game they use X-Trap.
