When the launcher shows up I put in my email and password. Then a black screen pops up. The cursor spins so I am guessing the game popped up but I can't see anything. Sometimes the cursor turns into a hand so I click but it still doesn't do anything. The screen stay black. Any suggestions to fix this problem?
