Lvl 30 Handers and Shields

Hmm this is something I've noticed although I suppose its more common sense than anything else but I was curious, ok everytime I do check the towns as far as shops are concerned with other players I see more lvl 15 +(insert number) and lvl 20+ 2h sword's or axes but only a couple of one handers and even sheilds, and i barely managed to find one for my 20+5 sword and +4 20 shield, but now that I'm lvl 31 its like those shields and swords are non exsistent, but i see more +30 2handed weapons so here's my question, for 31-39 til i can get to 40 should i just npc the weapons and sheild? b/c to be honest its like those weapons are nonexistant :/

It might be the case that there are so many 30-39 that there isn't much of a supply yet. I've been checking everyday for discounted tanking items and finally found a shield the other day after four days of looking. If you're tanking a lot then I'd say you might as well grab them from the NPC to keep yourself 'up to date'.
