Help a newb? I can't use shortcut keys because...

Every time I try to use a skill by pressing "4" or "5", the numbers show up in the chat box. I can't get the cursor from the chat box to go away, I know that it is what's causing my problem. How on Earth can I use my skill again? I miss them. xD Stupid question-- I know. You don't have to tell me that. But I would appreciate it if you could help me out. >w<

Everytime you are finished typing a message (ie: you said what you needed and press "enter" to send it to everyone) then you need to press "Enter" a second time before you can use hotkeys and such. It's stupid, I know.

If you go into options and turn off "command prompt" then the chat box closes automatically after each message is sent.

Ditto...I never knew about this, it is much better method, less mixups, less deaths due to the chatbox cursor....
