Lucky and Blessed E/L and Refine

I am looking for the forums for my answer of this but nobody have gave it to me so i am writing my questions. 1. Can u make Lucky or Blessed elure/lix or you have to find it?

2. When u go to refine, there r 3 slots at the bottom, what do u put in there, and where do u find it?

3. the last question, tell me any good tips of success on refineing because i have BAD LUCK lol. :D

Well, I can help you on number 3.

Each square on the enchantment wheel has a success, failure, break, and disenchantment rate. Those rates depend on the item you try to enchant. Generally, higher level items have higher break rates. All I can tell you is to change the square you put the stone in or don't even try. I'm for the second option when prices get into the 5 silver range.
