How to get this skill?

now im lvl 40 cleric,but i dunno how to get skills that can

1.increase shield block rates
2.increase poison and illness resistance
3.HP periodic recovery

tell me plz

In elderine near the fountain search for an old lady she sells all clerics skills when ur lvl 20-59

Yeah go to Palidan Master Keast, you'll get your skills there. Check your map if you cant find her. Remeber you can turn pages of skills by hitting the arrow things in the bottom right of the skill window that pops up why you hit purchase.

For some reason, I find this scary.
You might want to spend some time on the cleric section of this forum, to catch up on other 'cleric' stuff you might find interesting.
