Fiesta and Internet browser

when i have Fiesta open, i cant open my internet browser. when Fiesta isnt open, everything works fine. any ideas on why this is happening?:(

EDIT: Oh and codeclear, please provide any specifications/programs and anything similar to the thread Destiny provided. That thread's managed to develop very well and we are narrowing our clues down to what may be the 'conflicting' with XTrap.
