due to the character info on the website stating that the main attribute for clerics is INT, I now have a level 19 cleric with far too many misused stat points. it was only when I asked another, higher level cleric in game that I found out clerics get no attack spells, so INT is totally useless. I would appreciate it if something were done about this, like somehow giving me a stat respec.
I also saw an earlier thread on the same subject where the player was told that he should have searched for other threads on the issue, and it seems nothing was done for him. well this is my first time visiting your forums with any purpose, and I would appreciate a more acceptable response. this game is entirley new to me and there was no way for me to know that outspark screwed that up just by playing as I have.
If there can be no positive resolution to this issue, I will have to choose not to support this game, or any other outspark game from this point on. good day.

outspark screwed up?
You realize this is Beta? You do understand what Beta means right? I'm confused here. Due to your poor planning you expect this to be a problem for outspark staff?
I do a lot of customer service work at my job. So sorry if I am only looking at this from Outsparks perspective. I do not see how poor planning on your park constitutes an emergency situation for Outspark. But there is no way they are doing a website redesign/update every time something changes in beta.
Stick all your stuff in your vault, buy stuff with the money you have and put in vault, make a new character/delete old. If not, feel free to threaten to cancel/quit. No one cares.
Maybe if you kindly say you made a mistake and ask if maybe you can respec them, maybe you can test a respec ability/item/GM gift that lets you do this. Who knows maybe they have this already and wouldn't mind testing it on working characters. But only if you are very very nice. Posting to forum is not the best way to get this done though.

I'm fully aware that this is beta, and guess what that means? it means that they are allowed their mistakes but they are still responsible for correcting them. and why does the fact that their website tells the player to place points in a useless stat constitute poor planning on my part? clearly they suggest an option that is not viable, and that is their fault, not mine. I take care to raise my avatar in the best fashion suitable for my gameplay, and their mistake cost me that.
and in case you didn't know, every person that does not support their games by means of spending cash on their miscellaneous cash shops is detrimental to their ultimate goal, making money. so trust me, if a potential paying customer feels that they may have to abandon their game, or on a larger scale, their company's games on the whole, they care. and not simply because one person threatens not to support them, but others with similar issues or some other dissatisfaction could decide to abandon them also after reading this and other threads like it. they don't want that. I have played enough games in beta or otherwise to have figured that out for certain.

Here, just look at it this way, you can make a NEW Cleric since you messed up your first one. Your current Cleric is pretty much useless...I am doing a lot of research before I pick mine. I chose a Mage because that is my style of play. I
made this decision because
Cleric - No Attack Spells - Not Me
Fighter - A Super Tank - Somewhat Me, But Not Exactly
Ranger - Slow Training - Not Me
MAGE - HIGH ATTACK Low Hp is something I will take for that awesome attack.
Thanks, if you read this far then I guess you actually care.

oddly enough, I have a ranger also, and I find that training with it solo is still pretty fast, even though it may be slow compared to mages. you might want to give it a try anyway. I seem to get really decent drops on my ranger while almost not at all on the others.
