Don't do KQ. Do a lot of regular quests.

spider/kkp give t3 mats which can be made into things and sold for good price, or just vend the mats.
otherwise you just have to b really lucky and get something rare from kq to make money from them

Do regular quests in between KQ times and collect drops to sell to player or NPC them for money.
