What class would be the best for a priest/bishop to party with for leveling? Post your opinions and reason why please, thank you. :)

Priest/Bishop + Berzerker/Paladin = Win, considering that there's a tank and a priest, I'd prefer Paladin between the two. They both have party buffs, both have heals, Paladin has great defense, Bishop gives ranged DPS, etc.

Yeah I thought a melee class like berserker or maybe monk would be really effective combined with a priest bishop, thank you. Other opinions still welcome ofcourse :)

well having a person attacking from the front is good but having a secondary attacker would also be good so have a mage or archer class next to the healer.

monster mob advantage of this 3 ppl group
this allows the front attacker if needed to have him/her be able to take a quick breather, while he/she is taking the quick breather the secondary attacker could hold off some of monsters off till the front attacker to finish there breather and get back to attacking, and if anyone needs to be healed the healer can do so without worry, and if the front attacker needs to be buffed the healer can do so safley.

single monster advantage
the front and secondary attackers can focus on a single target making the monster do min damage to no damage.

thats my idea on a good 3 person team. but i havent played this game yet but have played other mmogs so the basic princables should apply.

i am Going Mage > Summoner. i have always enjoyed Summoner classes and even though this summoner is a bit different than what i am used to i am mainly going Summoner because a vast majority are going Elementalist and i would also like to see Meteor in Action ^^.

Yeah I figured that would be good, the main reason I wanted to know what was the best combination was because I am probably gonna play with my irl friend. But since he got less time to play than me it seems I will have to find someone in game to team up with or just go solo. :p

I like your idea of a 3 player group that way though, certainly something I will consider when I look for someone to play with.

Actually this thread wasnt asking what class everyone was gonna be as there are atleast 2 other threads like that, but I see how my thread title can look like it is meant that way :p

:D well i put some thought into my plans, and that plan uses 3 types of players
1. front range attackers
2. distance range attackers
3. assist characters

by using one of the 3 types in a team you make a well balanced team for monster battles. but that plan doesnt really work when in a pvp situation cause your enemy will try to dodge your attacks.

also the plan i told you about allows you to be able to make a 3 person team quite easy cause you will always find the 3 type of players no matter were you are
