I don't think so. If you're planning on using bash a lot, you're already going to put 10 points into it as it is. The cooldown isn't that important.
5 into power and 5 into SP reduction is way more important. Save the rest of your empowers for healing spells.

Agree.Cleric rarely go into frontline to fight,the only time they go in front is when there is no fighter in the KQ or team.They are second tank for the team but their main purpose is buff and keep your team survive.So Bash is rarely need unless you soloing.
