Well I log on today and all of my stuff is gone..Nice huh?
Now where do I report this too?
Is this the right place to post this? Heh
I'm not letting this ruin me on this game. I'll start over on a new server. But it still saddens me. :(

You can submit a detailed report of your problem to the CSRs here (http://outspark.custhelp.com/app/ask) (make sure you're logged-in).
EDIT: If you strongly believe your account was hacked into and it's not a bug or glitch of some sort, read this:
What do I do if my account was hacked? (http://outspark.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/80/kw/hacked/r_id/166)
We take compromised or “hacked” account very seriously. Account security rest solely on the account owner. The use of a strong password with alpha-numeric entry will help protect your account.
For security reasons, we cannot simply reset the password and allow you to take control over it. In order to reset the account information, we will need a few items to verify your account information. Please CONTACT A CSR and supply these details:
•SparkID:
•GameID:
•Date account was created:
•Email address used to register:
•Server name (if applicable):
•A copy of your original validation email:
•Your date of birth:
•Where were you born?:
•Your first and last name:
•Current location:
•IP address:
•Internet Service Provider:
•Date of Occurrence:
•Have you shared your account?:
•Details:
Once you have provided this information accurately, we can assist you further. Thank you for your cooperation and patience in the matter.
Keep in mind that if you shared your password with others and they used it to steal your items, it's not "hacking", it's account sharing, which is prohibited.

He got hacked, which happened because he shared his password with someone who obviously did the took all his stuff or gave it to someone else who did it. Honestly, it boggles me to why people share their passwords. If they didn't, stuff like this wouldn't happen. -_-

They usually let someone else access their account for the purpose of leveling their character.
But that may not necessarily be the case.
Hackers in the past have found methods to gain access to accounts and have stolen everything and sometimes even changed the password too.
Outspark doesn't like to talk about it but it has happened.
Anyway, a CSR can easily find out what really happened.

Or.... there was a glitch in the past where players logged into find their inventory and equipped gear missing. They could still attack and had all bonuses, but where naked. If a relog didn’t correct the issue, a re-install did, I think.
If this isn’t’ the case then it needs to be reported to a CSR IMMEDIATELY by following the instructions above.
Good luck.
