read are posts i mean damn everytime i try to cetae chracter i get the sos.exe has encountered a problem and has to close down just like the other people my computr is more then qaulified to to run this game heck if i wanted to could probably run a ps3 game on my comp thats how good its specs are so it has to be a problem with your guys server

Make sure your firewall isn't blocking the game, you'll get that error sometimes if you do. Other than that, the game makes a logfile most of the time when you have an error, check in the program folder for one. The gm's can help you with that.

GMs are probably working on the problem. Give them some time.
