Well, you get 5 points to start with at level 1, then 4 points per level from 2-29. At 30 and above, you receive 5 points per level.
STR increases physical damage for warriors/monks. As a rogue, you don't need this.
DEX increases damage for rogues/archers as well as elemental defense. This would be your main stat.
INT increases your max mana and damage for priests/mages. You could put a few points here if you need more mana, but it's generally better to just use potions.
SPR increases max HP and physical defense. Good for everyone.
For rogues you want to get lots of DEX, and having some SPR as well isn't a bad idea. 3:1 DEX-SPR ratio is a good balance.

Thasmudyan isnt it 4 points per lvl and 5 points after lvl 30?o_o
and also u get 9 points at the start when u just start creating ur chracter...
so if ur a warrior:put all in STR
rogue/archer:all in dex
priest/mage:all in int
anyways remmber thats applies only at the start when u get the 9 points that is.
Feel free 2 Check the class section For stat builds.
if u want i can just type them here x: since ther is some useless builds out ther...
just lemme know what class u choosing.

It is 9 points to start, sorry. You do get 5 points for level 30, though, and for every level afterwards (4 beforehand).
3:1 works for pretty much any class, you can put more in your damage stat and less in SPR if you want, it's a trade off of defense for offense. You'll do more damage but also get hit harder. So, it's really up to you. One way to do it is start off adding all points into your damage stat, then if you find you are getting hit too hard put some points into SPR to balance out.
