hey i'm new and i can't log in2 the launcher. wutz the deal?

Could you be more specific?
Not giving us much info( none actually) to work with.
What does it do?
Is there an error message?
What are your comp specs?
Latest version of DirectX 9.0c installed?
Latest Video drivers?
Do you use a firewall?
Does you comp meet minimum game requirements?
what OS? win XP,Vista?
Just saying " Help, I can't log in!" simply won't cut it.

Same here, I'll be more specific though, it says this under the userID/Password line:
Error connecting to update server: (10054, 'Connection reset by peer')
*Update* 5 seconds after typing this i retried for the 10th time and it works now, Thanks Tech Support!!!

every time i pressed login nothings happens then when i close it, it says error ,see logfile'c:/Programs Files/Outspark/launcher/outspark.exe.log'for details;:confused::mad:
