ok... i dunno what is up with people in pvp demanding revives. I have a couple things to say about this.

First off, I have no problem reviving people seeing as how it costs next to nothing. However... i dont always carry insigs, they add to my weight and make it so i can carry less stuff for myself. Also some people must be broken when it comes to thinking... I just had someone ask for a revive, i said no... no insigs. they wanted me to warp out of pvp, run to the store and take a break from my fun, go buy some insigs run back and then pay the entrance fee again just so they wouldnt have to restart and pay the fee themselves. Once again, I... like most healers, have no problem reviving people in pvp. But that doesnt make you entitled to revives... from ANYONE. so dont get upset and expect me to go pay for you to play pvp.

Secondly... people need to learn patience. Every so often I'll be dueling with some people and someone whispers me for a revive. They are almost right next to me, I can see they are dead, they can see im fighting. yet they keep asking over and over all the while getting more and more indignant. Just a little xen reality check, healers want to fight to, and your floating body is not as important as a warrior trying to cut me up into little bits.

I just remembered another thing -.- if you are going to ask for a revive... dont leave pvp or log out immediately after.... that means that is one less revive i can give to someone who wants to still pvp D:

what i do when i dont want to revive:

1. say i dont have insigs
2. ignore dead floatee
3. say im too low lvl for revive

otherwise I usually revive people when i am able to.

i agree with rose. it's horrible how they treat us. >.> it's gotten to the point that I don't WANT to rev and that's sad. and people really DO want us to warp out, buy revs, then come back and are fluster (aka, really pissed off and call us all sorts of bad names) when we point out how much that costs us. i pointed out that the floaty could just as easily do the same and buy me some revs (esp. as i rev'ed said person a whole lotta time) and they think i'm mad.

you ask me why i am not carrying revs? it's cause of your bad attitude! no one has the right to abuse us so.

Honestly one of the easiest ways to make sure that a healer has insigs when you need them in pvp... carry them into pvp yourself... im not talking about 50 or even 10... im talking about 1 or 2 insigs of protection... then if you die ASK a healer to revive... and not with "REV PLZ! HEY REV ME NOW PLZ". If they say no... just click restart and come back.... it'll cost 800 kron... DEAL WITH IT.

I'll spot a res, again and again, and again. But eventually I'm going to run out of insignias if none are given to me. When I'm out, I'm not leaving PvP just so I can come revive you. Plain and simple.

How many players OTHER than Acos/Clerics/Priests actually carry insigs on them in PVP? This might alleviate the problem if we all did our part and kept 5 on us when we entered or something *shrug*

I dont mind and people usually do not get upset with me. Its the constant whispers when im obviously doing something else and the CAPS. That is the most annoying. I usually come in pvp with 50 and if I run out yes I dont mind going out to get more. Just dont expect it

i don't like ppl killing just as u rez someone and keep doing it.

dont like ppl telling me who to rez and who to not or they will kill me i under stand if like this person is following u and giving u a hard time.

heh, I had someone ask for a revive, then whisper for a revive a few times when I didn't revive them. Called me other things and was told if I stepped out of the safezone, they would kill me. Best part of the job, if you ask me.

im annoyed by some ppl not reving me, not because u dont do it, but because i do it.

SO usualy in pvp if anyone asks for a rev i never really care i always rev im the nicest reviver ull see on the pvp feild so pls as me for revive =D unless u hurt me lil feelers!

but after me reving alllll those ppl i get killed somehow, then theres this lil aco standing there who just refuses to rev. Now thats why i get mad =D

this was the case of trx, and y i got mad but u also didnt rev grr fran and i thought that was mean too. But i revived her after i used my sc rev item which i didnt wana use but u left me no choice!

then i rev her =D

no biggy, u wana be selfish and not rev thats cool, i dont really care usually. Sometimes i do like in this case is all =D

That's cool. I need no explanation. Don't know you, couldn't care less. Forgave me? Thanks. I was on the verge of tears until you did. You chose to use SC instead of 800 kron? To each their own, I suppose. Still, I doubt the outcome would've been different if I said I had no insigs. Or if I said I wasn't even looking at my screen while I was being pestered for a revive. Only incident I've had as an aco, so I thought I'd share in the relevant topic. Sometimes, you just get yourself killed spamming 100 HP heals after wasting a SC self-revive when you don't get res'd? Again, to each their own, I suppose. :/

Nicest rever? I beg to differ. I have seen MANY a nice rever in the arena and I will include myself in that. I don't really get the sc use instead of fake money but like already mentioned to each their own. Happy hunting

I don't expect healers to revive me in pvp. If they do, I chalk it up to them being nice. To say that not reviving, for whatever reason, is selfish is ridiculous and goes against the very purpose of this thread. Especially coming from one healer to another...

@ TRX: stop trying to be clever with werdz. No one appreciates it :P

i will admit it does bother me that when i've rev'ed a healer a lot (by which i mean 10+ times and someone I know for certain that has rev skill) and they refuse/ ignore me when i ask. since i tend to carry rev sigs, i will trade them for a rev if need be, but i'll still have healers that refuse. not many, mind you. only a few. it's their choice, of course. i'll give them that. it's also my choice never to rev such healers again.

Actually, yesterday there was a keeling spree in pvp, and I was the only cleric/aco/healer present. Well, there were a few more, but they all were killed. *wonders why she's hardly ever killed in wipes* o.O;

But I said I was out of insignia, and needed more, and litterally almost everyone who was killed went and got me insignia or pots or kron or something.

I ended up with over 700 insignia, a few hundred mp pots, and around 150k. I fealt really, really loved.

And really really really fat. TT______TT;

But it does make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside when people do that for me. It makes me feel appreciated when people actually get insignia for me, even if they didn't have to. :]

Yes, well, that's something different and good enough. XD I have tanks on my list just cause as well. I like to get pt's like anyone else.

But there are always the friends who never ever ask you to party or aoe with them and whatever, and just spam you all day and night. xD

I love those people! They really make me feel like they like me for me, not for my healing skills.
