launcher problem

downloaded new patch there was a problem and my computer shut down for some reason then i tryed to log in and this came up

EffectViewInfo.shn InitError

Game Data Initialize

So i cant get onto fiesta.... help?

This is is a file missing or corruption error. Re-install to fix.

I have that problem too. I tried reinstalling 2 times but I'm still getting it. x.x I guess I'll try again.

edit: ok, my boyfriend ended up sending me the file I was missing (EffectViewInfo.shn) and I just put it in the ressystem folder (program files > outspark > fiesta > ressystem). Fixed the problem. Reinstalling the game would probably fix it too, but it was faster for him to just send me the file since that was all I was missing.

Same problem aha..
After pressing login it says..."MobInfo.shn InitError" and after pressing "Ok" Another one pops up saying Game Data Initialize Fail or something like that, anyone wana help? thanks

It would be good if anyone had uploaded MobInfo.shn because i have the exact problem :(

did u guys reportet this error to a CSR yet?
well i dunno what error that is but u should file a ticket through CSR page

well yea u should file a ticket through CSR page and tell a CSR that otherwise it wouldnt help much to post here that u need help of a CSR only way is filin ticket to them

I have the same problem. It takes a long time for the launcher to find a connection. When I press start this comes up:

Application initialize error
Game Data Initialize fail

Already re-installed it and it keeps popping up. ;_; help!
