Why doesn't SET JEWELRY have an INT stat?

I was just wondering why something like this was overlooked on the developer's side. as most people know the set rings have either a +END or +STR stat when combined with the matching necklace has various effects on a skill for all four classes... so why would mages be excluded from the stat bonus that the STR ring would give? Why not make the Silver Rings STR & INT (Striking Set descriptions are reversed Silver = END, Gold = STR)? The INT bonus doesn't affect the other classes enough to cause balance issues so why not change it?

as it is right now, i'd be pretty silly for a mage to wear a 40str ring =\ (unless u enjoy bonking nubs in FBZ1)

My 7x mage's guild was warred by a newbie guild a while back. I found one of them in Roumen (level 1x or so) and asked for a bit of information about his guild. While I had him selected, I accidentally attacked him. Specifically, I whacked him on the head with my wand. And he died. T_T' I felt quite guilty. But yeah, that was with no gear with Str and no free stat points in Str. So I'm sure you could do some damage. xD

I've only seen the 40+ end blue rings. I was assuming that there was a blue ring for each stat. Not just str and end.

*Ahem* Oddly, some of the older jewlery does have the mutually exclusive stats mirrored. For example, Mara's Ring of Waves and the Mini Dragon Gold Ring have equal amounts of STR and INT. Why not just have the Silver set rings give +X STR and +X INT?
