The latest patch says that lvl 20s would be able to wear lvl 24 26 28 equips.. same goes for lvl 30... but does it only work on NPC? coz i tried using greens apparently they are still set the way they were before.. as in i can only wear a lvl 28 pants when my mage is lvl 28... he is 25 at the moment... please clear this up thanks
