How to become a Mage?

Ok, I accepted " the way of Mage " quest.
So I already have 20 White Feathers, 10 White Wings, and 5 Monkey Hat Trinkets. Am I missing something? like the license?

I can't seem to complete it. If I'm missing the license, where can I get it?

The "license" is a ring you buy from Weapon Merchant in Town.

You need 100 gold(I think* is was 100) and 100 Victory Points(get from PvP) to buy it.

Its called "advanced class license", remember to buy the correct one and not the one for 2nd job advancement.

Also, its being flashed in the announcements here and then, read them next time =X
