I'm just about to hit lvl 28 and I can finally kiss those ridiculous padded blue jean 'bless pants' goodbye.. now to get rid of the purple long sleeved shirt with 1959 NFL leather football shoulder pads aka bless armor traded in for the next ones..
all the other classes look so much better..
though clerics get very cool looking shortly.. i can't wait.

Our armor looks so kick-*** after we hit 30 and onwards they had to be fair and give us ugly stuff to start with. =D

That about sums it up. You start off with crappy looking stuff but as you level up more you progress towards better looking stuff.
