Seems to be ok...Have you tried logging in on another server? Or maybe you need a internet/router restart? Maybe even a PC restart...
Whats your ping like?

It says "map under maintenance" or something like that....
Is it only happening to me?

Ehm maybe your char is at a map which is under map maintenance, but I didnt notice any map like that. Maybe you prolly just need a relog.
