Says on it, "These pieces can be worn seperatly with any other costume," but will not combine with the Nightmare costume, instead it only replaces it.
Also if there is a way to be refunded Spark Cash, would be apreciated.

According to the Terms of Service Outspark holds the right not to refund you your money if you've used the item. However, if you activated today, found out it didn't work and want to try getting a refund I'd suggest submitting a ticket through the link in my signature. That will get you in contact with a CSR who can give you a more definite answer regarding the possibility of obtaining a refund.

Hmm... I am assuming that based on the description of "these pieces can be worn separately with any other costume", you attempted to wear both your nightmare costume and the white tiger costume like layering clothes irl to gain extra critical %. If that was the case then you would unlikely get reimbursed unless can can provide screenshots that cash shop item is glitched/bugged ie you wore the costume but it did not show you wearing costume on your avatar. Hmm... maybe I could send in some feedback and get them to change the description of the white tiger costume so it would not sound as confusing.
Anyways this issue is best resolved in private between you and a CSR, as it depends on the CSR if they wish to go the extra mile and exchange or refund your sparkcash. Good luck.

you CAN however, combine the tail portion with any other costume :) (unless u're still holding onto the bunny tail from last easter!)
