Atajokuna, Serien, Amakusa, Balderan... Dead End Towns?

Edit: Um, I stated an incorrect town... Balderan isn't cut off, it's the Balderan Mining Area.

Umm... strange question... don't know if it's a glitch, a 'feature', or simply not implemented yet... but... um...

Are these areas just cut off from their outer maps? Is it just because they've not been implemented yet? Is there a level requirement? Or is it just a bug?

They will be added later on. During OB max level is 25 and higher level regions are not accessible. They'll add more and more maps over time.

The level cap hasn't been implemented, yet, yeah im not very happy about this :S, i never knew we were stuck in balderan,

iBelieve you need to be certain level to see certain Portals.
Or there must be some kind of requirement.

uhm yeah i just got to 23 and... i can't find the place to do these quests >.< D:
We are supussed to lvl with robots now or >.<
