not sure about first part, but if I read correctly, the quest to become a warrior is for you to:

get 10 furry monkey tails (monkey soldier)
get 10 monkey horns (monkey sargent think)
get 1 monkey maustache (Monkey general I hink)
get 1 Adv license (Shop in Ozi village for 100 gold and 100 WSP)

You get wsp in pvp.
You can get the quest at level 10 in Amakasu town from the maskman (in Warrior school)
