u have to win in pvp until u get 100 points and go to a wepon shop and buy the red ring u need 100 gold also

Proceeding status : xx/yy means that:

xx = number of monsters you have killed for far.

yy = number of monsters you need to kill to complete the quest.

Kill 8 more monsters, then try to hand in the quest.

there is no easy way to get 100 WSP unless your good with PVP o-o
or you just can meet a nice guy (like me) and he (me) will give you advanced class license :O
of curse you will need to praise him (me) :D
